Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Our Pediatric OTs specialize in treating children above 6 diagnosed with:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
• Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD)
• Developmental delays
• Down Syndrome
• Sensory Processing Disorder
• Cerebral Palsy

We even work with children and teenagers (with no diagnosis) who have difficulties with:

• Fine motor skills (e.g., handwriting, colouring, cutting)
• Gross motor skills (e.g., catching balls, climbing, playing sports, dancing)
• Physical rehab
• Self-care (e.g., dressing, grooming, eating, toileting)
• Social play and social participation
• Youth transitions (e.g., independence in the community, using community services)
• Compensatory Strategies
• Behavioural emotional regulation
